Born in 1990 in Tunis, Holder of a license in Product Design and a master degree in consumer psychology and behavior. She currently works as a social media manager in a digital marketing firm.

Passionate about the theater after she has had improvisation training, she participates in founding the Tunisian association of theatrical improvisation in 2016 .

She will then play at festivals in Tunisia and abroad as an improviser until 2019. But for all these years pharah had a dream … Mixing culture and digital, which pushes her in 2019 to be part of the organization of the bardo fest festival and the nights of improvisation as a manager in digital marketing.

رانية طراد ،مولودة في 3 أوت 1995 بتونس، ناشطة بالمجتمع المدني منذ 2011، بدأ بالقطاع التلمذي ثم السياسي المدني الإجتماعي، من أجل العدالة الاجتماعية والمواطنة الفاعلة و اللامركزية. متخرجة من جامعة 9 أفريل للعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بتونس وباحثة في فلسفة القيم والعمل.تنوعت التجارب العملية بين الميداني التطوعي والالزامي خاصة في علاقة بالأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وذلك في إطار المطالبة بالمساواة التامة التعليمية والثقافية والاجتماعية.

ثم مع جمعية فني رغما عني كممثلة إدارية لمشروع خلايا.

 مواليد 1990  بتونس حائزة على شهادة جامعية في تصميم المنتجات وماجستير في علم نفس المستهلك وسلوكه.

تخرج من المدرسة الوطنية للهندسة المعمارية و التعمير  بتونس و حاصل على شهادة في القيادة و المشاركة المدنية من جامعة ميامي في الولايات المتحدة.

لديه خبرة 5 سنوات في تنسيق المشاريع وشارك في تنظيم عدة مؤتمرات ودورات تدريبية على المستوى الوطني والدولي.

 مهمته مع فني رغما عني ، كمنسق مشاريع هي الحرص على حسن تسيير مختلف الأنشطة والمخيمات التي تنظمها الجمعية .

His mission with Fanni raghman anni is to manage the multiple  trainings and activities provided by the association during the local  camps and international cultural projects and he ensures the smooth running of these events.

AsmaKaouech is a human rights and cultural activist from Tunisia. Since 2014, she is the executive director of FanniRaghmanAnni organization. She holds a Bachelor diploma in public law and a Master in European Migration Law from the University of Tunis Carthage, a Certificate in Leadership and project management from the University of Delaware, along to other Certificates in Human rights, cultural and civil society organizations management. She was selected in 2017 as Sakharov Fellow for human rights defenders from the European Parliament. And she received the award of human rights defender in 2018 of the Tunisian leagues of Human rights. Moreover, Asma has a good experience in capacity building, she is a trainer in different fields: Participatory democracy, advocacy and activism campaigns, and Human Rights based approach for development.

SeifEddineJlassi is an artist and cultural activist graduated from the Higher Institute of fine Arts Tunisia and researcher in the Higher institute of dramatic arts. Since 2015, he is member of the United Nations Youth Advisory Council. He is a certificated trainer in cultural management, new tactics of Human rights, and advocacy. In 2011, he Founded in Tunisia “FanniRaghmanAnni”, a cultural organization that is working to advocate access to culture mainly in interior and disadvantaged areas and promote the role of culture in social change. He received different awards such as UNV award of best volunteering work in the Arab region 2014, Takreem Award for cultural excellence in the Arab region 2016. He is the director of different theater plays such as: WC, Zamaken, Gantra and Getlouh.
